Last Wills

You can choose among the several types of wills available to provide for your surviving spouse and children. You may also include your children by a prior marriage. If you have no spouse or children we have a will for you too.

Living Wills

You have a right to refuse death delaying procedures when you are terminally ill. Some Canadian provinces do not recognize the legal enforcement of living wills but all provinces agree that living wills are entitled to weight by courts, physicians, family members and others as an expression of the desires of the maker. We have provided a standard free living will form for your use.

Power of Attorneys

All of our power of attorneys are currently off line in order to update the material in our forms.  Please be patient and come back and view these forms at a later date.
