Last Wills

You can choose among the several types of wills available to provide for your surviving spouse and children. You may also include your children by a prior marriage. If you have no spouse or children we have a will for you too.

Power of Attorneys

You can choose who can act as your agent while you are away on business.  You can authorize an agent to sell your house, your car, your stock or anything else you own. Prepare a representation agreement and arrange in advance who will make decisions about your health care, personal care or financial affairs or about other matters if you become incapable of making decisions independently.

Living Wills

You have a right to refuse death delaying procedures when you are terminally ill. Some Canadian provinces do not recognize the legal enforcement of living wills. However, all provinces agree that living wills are entitled to weight by courts, physicians, family members and others as an expression of the desires of the maker.  Therefore, we have provided a standard free living will form for your use.
