Last Wills

You can choose among the several types of wills available to provide for your surviving spouse and children. You may also include your children by a prior marriage. If you have no spouse or children we have a will for you too.

Living Wills

Some Canadian provinces do not recognize the legal enforcement of living wills but all provinces agree that living wills are entitled to weight by courts, physicians, family members and others as an expression of the desires of the maker to avoid death prolonging procedures. We have provided a standard free living will form for your use.

Old Courthouse
Power of Attorneys You can choose who can act as your agent while you are away on business.  You can authorize an agent to sell your house, your car, your stock or anything else you own. You may designate an agent to make health care decisions for you when you are no longer capable of making them yourself. The medical power of attorney allows you to create a living will.
