Some Canadian provinces do not recognize the
legal enforcement of living wills but all provinces agree that living wills
are entitled to weight by courts, physicians, family members and others as
an expression of the desires of the maker to avoid death prolonging
procedures. We have therefore provided a generic complimentary living
will form free of charge. |
