Last Wills

You can choose among the several types of wills available to provide for your surviving spouse and children. You may also include your children by a prior marriage. If you have no spouse or children we have a will for you too. Do you know about joint and mutual wills? If you purchase a last will  and testament  you will have free access to all other  documents  to be included in your  estate package. This  includes living  will, medical and financial power of attorneys from all 50 states.

Power of Attorneys

You can choose who can act as your agent while you are away on business.  You can authorize an agent to sell your house, your car, your stock or anything else you own.   You can make the decisions in advance about what type of treatment and medication may be administered to you while you are incapacitated or designate an agent  to make decisions for you.

Living Wills You can prepare a living will and appoint your spouse or other agent to make decisions for you concerning life-prolonging procedures if you become terminally ill.
