You can choose from the wills available to provide for your surviving spouse and children. You may also include your children by a prior marriage. If you have no spouse or children we have a will for you too. Do you know about joint and mutual wills?

You can choose who can act as your agent while you are away on business.  You can authorize an agent to sell your house, your car, your stock or anything else you own.   You can appoint an agent to make medical decisions for you or make decisions yourself in advance about what type of treatment and medication may be administered to you if you become incapacitated.

You can refuse death delaying procedures when you are terminally ill or when you are permanently disabled with no expectation of recovery.
