Power of Attorneys

You can choose who can act as your agent while you are away on business.  You can authorize an agent to sell your house, your car, your stock or anything else you own. You can make the decisions in advance about what type of treatment and medication may be administered to you while you are incapacitated or you may appoint an agent to do so.

Living Wills You have a right to refuse death delaying procedures when you are terminally ill or permanently incapacitated.
