Power of
Attorneys

You can choose who can act as your agent while you are away on business.  You can authorize an agent to sell your house, your car, your stock or anything else you own.   You can make the decisions in advance about what type of treatment and medication may be administered to you while you are incapacitated or you can appoint an agent. You may appoint a guardian for your children or yourself if you become incompetent or temporarily disabled.

Living Wills You can refuse death delaying procedures when you are terminally ill or permanently incapacitated. You can decide in advance the type of medical treatment you want if you become terminally ill or permanently incapacitated
