You can choose among the several types of wills available to provide for your surviving spouse and children. You may also include your children by a prior marriage. If you have no spouse or children we have a will for you too. Do you know about joint and mutual wills?

You can choose who can act as your agent while you are away on business.  You can authorize an agent to sell your house, your car, your stock or anything else you own. You can make the decisions in advance about what type of treatment and medication may be administered to you while you are incapacitated.

You have a right to refuse death delaying procedures when you are terminally ill should you become terminally ill or permanently incapacitated with no reasonable expectation of recovery.
